Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, taking place in Sheridan, Wyoming. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration. For any non-arbitrable claims, you agree to exclusive jurisdiction in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
